-Full payment of registration fees must accompany your registration. Registrations cannot be acknowledged or processed without full payment.

-The Accompanying Person(s) registration fee is available only to partners and/or family members of a paid delegate registered to attend the Congress.

-Gala Reception tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased for \5,000.

Cancellation Policy：

Cancellation should be notified to the secretariat via e-mail (isp2014@c-linkage.co.jp) with the participant's name and his/her Registration ID.

※A bank transfer charge will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations by July 15th, 2014	50％ Refund
Cancellations after July 15th, 2014	No Refund

Visa:

-Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by The Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country.

-Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether you require a visa. Please note that the standard processing period can take more than a month to obtain a visa.

-For general information on visas, visit the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website:

-The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa.

-In order to issue an invitation letter, participants must complete the registration beforehand.

-Download the form for "VISA Questionnaire" and make sure to type all the blanks.

-After you fill out the form, send it to the secretariat via E-mail to
isp2014@c-linkage.co.jp

Notes:

1. A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are completed.
2. The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
